We offer ready-to-follow engraving design options shown in the listing photo labeled “Engraving Design Options.” Depending on the design selected, you may enter:
-a name
-initials
-short custom text
*The engraving area is approximately 1.25 inches in diameter, so wording must be kept short for the best readability. Short names, initials, dates, or brief phrases work best. Longer text will need to be engraved smaller and may be harder to read at this size.
*If you do not want engraving, simply select No Engraving from the variation menu.
✦ Each item is hand assembled and personalized. Minor variations in placement, alignment, centering, engraving appearance, and ribbon length are normal and part of the handmade process.

✦ Processing & Delivery
We try to ship as soon as possible via USPS Ground Advantage, but please allow up to 2–3 weeks for processing and delivery especially for hand assembled items. We kindly ask buyers to include their need-by date when ordering so we can review the timeline. If we determine the requested date is not feasible, we will contact you within 3 business days to cancel the order and issue a refund.
