CANCELATION
I know there might be time an order must be canceled, and I will be more than happy as long as it is within 48 hours of purchase.
Most merchandise (ALL apparel) is custom ordered from supplier. If you need to cancel after 2 days, but BEFORE I customize, there will be a 20% deduction of the amount you paid. Please understand that I have to return this merchandise, if I have no current orders, this is mainly for special colors and sizes (particularly for Plus sizes)

SHIPPING
typical turnaround depends on merchandise. The shipping date is displayed in the shopping cart, but you can message me to find out approximate shipping time frame for items needed quicker.
Orders are shipped using USPS Priority usually 1-3 days, and First class usually 2-5 days.
Shipping times are not included in production time. A tracking number will be uploaded to your order ones it ships. Please check your order to follow tracking and delivery . I will have no additional information other than what is being displayed under your tracking number. Please note that if a shipping other than USPS is requested, any additional charges, including package insurance, are the responsibility of the customer. Please use no heat especially for apparel merchandise. The thread is polyester thread and could shrink and unravel.
