A set of wooden baby milestone blocks and name topper made from smooth beech wood. Perfect for capturing a growing bump and to use in weekly photographs with your baby.
Not only are they great for photographs, they look beautiful on a nursery shelf and are fun to turn over each week as you await your new arrival and then as you track your baby's age in days, weeks, months and years.
The two large blocks measure 9 x 4.5 cm. Engraved on the four sides of one block are the words - days / weeks / months / years. With the second block engraved with baby's name. You can also choose to have illustrations enclosing the text on both blocks to add an extra special touch. Both large blocks will be engraved with the name illustration you have chosen from the drop down box.
The small number blocks measure 4.5 x 4.5 cm. Three number blocks are included in the set allowing you to make the numbers 00-76 and beyond (note that 77, 78, 87 and 88 cannot be made from our three blocks but can engraved upon request in place of the symbols). The largest text block (days, weeks etc..) is left in it's raw state as standard.
Your set will include:
1 x Name Block Topper (choose raw or colour). The first letter is capitalised as standard and we do not engrave in all capitals.
1 x Block with days, weeks, months, years (left in it's raw state as standard)
3 x Small Number blocks (two contain only numbers and the third contains four number sides and two symbol sides (on the top and bottom) where you can add your symbols from our chart. Choose a tree to countdown to Christmas or maybe the cake for birthdays! (choose up to three colours).
Numbers range from 0-9 (please note the 6 becomes 9 and 9 becomes 6).
As wood is a natural product, the colour, grain direction and engraving colour may vary from piece to piece and natural variation is not considered a fault. If the third number block isn’t given a colour it will be sent as raw. If symbols aren’t requested in the personalisation box, the top and bottom of the third block will be engraved with additional numbers.
Colours Photographed: Nora's set, name block in orchid, number blocks in blush, sand and peach. Ethan's set, name block in sand, number blocks in storm and dove. Mila's set, name block in sand, number blocks in salmon and peach.
Lighter colours will have a stronger engraving contrast. We advise pairing similar shades to create the best consistency with colour. Darker paint colours will have a lower contrast between the engraving colour and paint.
Safety
Safety tested to EN71-1-2-3 standards from 12 months+. Our milestone blocks are intended for display. These are not teething toys and are not intended as a toy for children still putting objects in their mouths. Adult supervision is recommended. Mouthing or chewing may result in damage to the surface. Clean with a damp cloth and allow to air dry, do not submerge in water. Keep out of direct sunlight as this may alter the colour over time.
